Apartamento is a bi-annual magazine about the homes (and lives) of emerging and established creative people. It’s not about immaculate houses and sprawling mansions, it’s about real, lived in spaces that let you peek behind the curtain (or bedspread) of some of the world’s most interesting creatives, from artist Terence Koh, stylist Jem Goulding, architect Markus Miessen, Purple magazine photographer Marlene Marino, to Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore, Chloe Sevigny and Lovefoxxx.

All of the images are shot as is, as co-founder Marco Velerdi puts it, ‘We will not show tidy interiors because they do not exist outside your mother’s imagination’. Agreed.
