The Grand Social is super excited to announce the arrival of Sydney designer Konstantina Mittas to our growing family.
Konstantina's designs have garnered critical praise since her eponymous label hit the Australian fashion scene in 2004, with fashion’s higher echelons dubbing her designs “strong and structured” (Glynis Trail-Nash in S Magazine) and “an alternative approach to a sexy way of dressing” (Imogen Barron in YEN magazine).
With a background in sculpture it is no wonder that Mittas’ designs feature such intricate structure and shape, which Konstantina describes as an “attention to detail disorder.”
Cementing Konstantina’s impressive wares in the Australian fashion psyche is the label's appearance in Australian Vogue and Harpers Bazaar, YEN, Russh, Oyster and Karen Magazine to name a few.
For those of you who lust after must-have accessories make sure you check out 2 by Lyn & Tony, who's gorgeous handmade designs featured in many of Konstantina's shoots and runway shows.
If you love the avant-garde you will love Konstantina Mittas…. So get shopping!
